Metamark MetaGuard 850RW Anti-Graffiti High-Gloss Overlaminate — 54" × 50 Yards
MetaGuard 850RW is a premium high-gloss polyester overlaminate engineered to protect printed graphics from graffiti, chemicals, abrasion, UV exposure, and environmental weathering.
The 20-micron clear polyester face film provides a smooth, glossy protective surface while maintaining the appearance and color of the underlying printed graphic. Both the film and adhesive contain UV stabilizers to help extend print life and improve resistance to outdoor exposure.
MetaGuard 850RW features a permanent clear pressure-sensitive solvent-based acrylic adhesive for reliable application over compatible printed media. It is suitable for graphics produced with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV inks.
This PVC-free overlaminate contains no plasticizers, phthalates, or chlorine, making it an excellent choice for transportation graphics, public signage, advertising panels, and other applications requiring added chemical and graffiti protection.

Application Recommendations
Allow printed graphics to dry and cure completely before laminating. Insufficient drying or retained solvents can affect adhesive performance, appearance, and long-term durability.
Ensure the printed surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oils, silicone, and other contaminants before application. Use appropriate pressure and tension during lamination to avoid wrinkles, silvering, trapped air, or distortion.
Always test compatibility between the overlaminate, printed media, ink system, and intended cleaning chemicals before full production.
Graffiti and chemical resistance can vary depending on the contaminant, exposure time, cleaning method, and cleaning product. Test cleaners in an inconspicuous area before use.
Important: Laminated, processed, and custom-cut materials are not returnable. Product performance depends on proper printing, curing, storage, lamination, installation, maintenance, and environmental exposure.
