Equipment & Software
Printers, plotters, laminators, heat presses, cutters, and RIP software — plus the ink, blades, and parts that keep them running. We sell the equipment, we help you finance it, and we are still here when it needs support.
Printers
Mimaki is our core printer line, and we carry the range rather than one or two models:
- UV-LED and eco-solvent roll printers — the workhorses for signage, wraps, and decals
- UV-LED flatbeds — direct to rigid substrate, no mounting step
- DTF printers — direct to film for apparel
- Textile and dye sublimation
We also carry STS printers, including their direct-to-film line, and Mutoh.
Not sure whether a roll printer or a flatbed fits your work? That is a conversation, not a spec sheet. Call us and describe what you are producing.
Plotters and cutters
- Graphtec plotters — including the CE8000 and FC9000 series
- Mimaki plotters
- Keencut cutters — straight-line cutting for rigid substrates and laminate
- MBX Vinyl Zapper — vinyl and adhesive removal
Laminators and finishing
- Laminators from Graphic Finishing Partners (GFP), cold and heat-assist, bench through production width
- Mimaki laminators
- Stimpson grommet and fastening equipment
Heat presses
Clamshell, swing-away, and specialty heat presses for apparel and hard goods, plus replacement platens, elements, and parts.
Software
RIP and design software to drive what you buy. A printer is only as good as the RIP in front of it, and the wrong pairing costs you color accuracy and media every day you run it. We will talk through which RIP suits your printer, your substrates, and the way your shop actually works before you commit.
Ink, blades, and parts
Equipment is the purchase. Consumables are the relationship.
- Mimaki inks — OEM, not third-party refills
- Mutoh replacement inks
- Graphtec parts and blades
- Heat press parts
We stock OEM ink rather than compatibles. Third-party ink is cheaper per liter and it is the fastest way to void a printer warranty and clog a head. If someone quoted you a price we cannot match, ask them what is in the cartridge.
Financing
Equipment is a capital purchase and most shops do not want it coming out of working capital. Through our financing partners you can get pre-approved and spread the cost over monthly payments, so a new printer does not have to wait for a good quarter.
Demos
Nobody should spend five figures on a machine they have only seen in a PDF. We will run a one-on-one demo at our Phoenix warehouse or walk you through it online — your files, your media, your questions.
Support and setup
Our factory-trained technicians handle setup, calibration, software configuration, and troubleshooting, remotely or on site. Buying from a distributor that answers the phone is worth more on day 400 than on day one.
Call (602) 272-8655 and ask for equipment support.
Printer profiles and media matching
Half the color problems we see are a profile problem, not a printer problem. If your output is off, or you are running an unfamiliar media, we will help you match RIP settings and ICC profiles to the substrate — which is straightforward when you also buy the media from us and we know exactly what it is.
Delivery and installation
Equipment ships by freight and needs a business address with a way to receive it — a dock, a forklift, or a liftgate arranged in advance. Call us before you order and we will sort out delivery and talk through what the install will need on your end.
Current promotions
Manufacturer rebates and promotions on printers change through the year. Call or request a quote and we will tell you what is running right now rather than what was running when this page was written.
Why buy equipment from us
- We sell the media too. When a profile problem comes up, we know the printer and the substrate, because you bought both from us.
- Decisions get made in Phoenix. Pricing, configuration, and support all run through the same building.
- Since 1985. We will be here for the parts and ink long after the sale.
- Demos before you commit. On your files, not a canned sample.
Talk to the equipment team
Call (602) 272-8655 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Arizona time, or email sales@kgsupplies.com. Tell us what you are producing and what is slowing you down — that is a more useful starting point than a model number.
