Metamark MDL-100B White Gloss Blockout Printable Vinyl — 54" × 55 Yards
Metamark MDL-100B is a white gloss printable vinyl developed for promotional graphics, advertising displays, retail signage, and short-term outdoor applications.
The 100-micron calendered face film provides added rigidity for easier handling during printing and installation. Its permanent grey blockout adhesive improves opacity and helps prevent dark substrates, strong base colors, or previous graphics from showing through the finished print.
Metamark MDL-100B is supplied on a PE-coated layflat liner that provides stable handling and excellent layflat performance, particularly when used with latex printers. The film is also compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, and UV printing technologies.

Printing and Installation Recommendations
Always perform a test print and confirm the correct printer profile, ink limits, and heater settings before beginning production. Allow the material to reach room temperature and keep the print surface clean, dry, and free from dust and static.
For solvent and eco-solvent printing, allow a minimum of 24 to 48 hours for the printed film to outgas before laminating or installing. Heavy ink coverage and certain environmental conditions may require additional drying time. Retained solvents can reduce adhesive performance.
Overlamination is recommended to improve abrasion resistance, extend printed color performance, and make the finished graphic easier to handle. The recommended matched overlaminate is Metamark MetaGuard MG-100.
Metamark MDL-100B is designed for dry application. The installer should test the intended substrate before production and determine whether the product is appropriate for the intended use.
The material is not recommended for low-surface-energy substrates such as polypropylene.
Important: Printed, processed, and custom-cut materials are not returnable. Product performance depends on proper printing, drying, storage, surface preparation, and installation.
