The Fine Print
- In-stock items only. Price match applies to products currently in stock at Kirin Global Supplies.
- Quotes must be current. Competitor quotes or screenshots must be dated within the last 30 days.
- Valid proof required. A written quote, invoice, or clear screenshot showing the competitor, SKU, and price is required to process your request.
- Match — or beat on bulk. We'll match the verified price exactly. On bulk orders, we may be able to beat it.
- Pricing only. The price match applies to product pricing only. Shipping follows our standard shipping policy.
- Exclusions: Closeouts, promotional or clearance pricing, pricing errors, and the 3M and Avery brands are not eligible at this time.
- One business day response. Our team will respond to verified requests by the next business day.
- Final approval. Kirin reserves the right to verify pricing and may decline a match in rare cases where the competitor pricing cannot be confirmed or honored.

How long does a price match take?
Our sales team responds to all verified price match requests by the next business day. Submit before 4 PM Arizona time and you'll often hear back the same day.
Will Kirin beat a competitor's price?
We match exact pricing on qualifying requests. For bulk orders, we'll review the request and may be able to beat the price — reach out and we'll work with you.
What kind of proof do I need to send?
A current written quote, invoice, or clear screenshot showing the competing distributor, the specific SKU or product, and the price. Dated within the last 30 days.
Why can't you match 3M and Avery?
Our agreements with 3M and Avery currently restrict our ability to price match those brands. This may change in the future — we'll update this page if it does.
Does this apply to shipping costs too?
No — price matching applies to product pricing only. Shipping is calculated according to our standard shipping policy.
Do you only match certain distributors?
No — we'll review price match requests from any qualified sign and graphics distributor. As long as you can provide a valid current quote and the product is in stock with us, send it our way.
Can I price match against a closeout or clearance price?
No. Closeouts, clearance prices, promotional pricing, and obvious pricing errors are not eligible. We're matching standard wholesale pricing — not below-cost liquidations.
