What are your hours?

Orders are excepted 24/7 online. Orders will be processed on the next business day. Customer Service is available 8:00am – 4:30 pm MST (Arizona) Monday thru Friday (Closed Major Holidays) You can email us by either clicking on the "contact us" tab or email direct to: customerservice@kgsupplies.com. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

When do I receive my order?

Once your order is processed, your order will ship within 24 hours*. Shipping times vary depending on your selection and available modes of transportation. Please allow extra time for shipping if item is being special ordered directly from the manufacture.

*For Local Customers (located in Phoenix, AZ) if your order is received before 9:30am (Arizona Time) your order will be processed and delivered the same day for in stock merchandise. If you place your order after 9:30am (Arizona Time) your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

*For orders being delivered to the following cities Tucson, Yuma, Prescott, Flagstaff, Kingman, Show Low, Payson Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Las Cruces, and El Paso. You will recieve your order next business day as long as the order is place before 2:00pm (Arizona Time).

Do you have a catalog?

I can’t find an item on your site. What do I do?

Please email us with the product you are requesting: customerservice@kgsupplies.com. We will assist you to the best of our ability in locating the product that suits your needs or give our customer service a call at 602-272-8655.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Must be pre-approved. (Schools, State, Government agencies and Military are the most common accepted). Please send us an email at customerservice@kgsupplies.com and we will contact you with in 48 hour of receiving you email.

I would like to cancel/change my order. How does this work?

Yes, we do accept cancellations and/or exchanges on orders. This can be done within 30 days from the date of purchase. Pre-Approval and a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) must accompany the exchange. If the order has been sent, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% plus the cost of shipping. If the order hasn’t been shipped, but we have pulled the product, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged. To process a return or exchange, please send us an email at orders@kgsupplies.com.

I received the item and it is defective. What do I do?

Please send us an email with the description of defective product. We will provide further instructions depending on the issue.

I received an item and it was damaged during shipping. What do I do?

You must notify delivery company immediately of damage to expedite your claim. If you do not not notify the shipper of damage, your claim may be denied. Please keep all packaging materials and packing slips, We may ask for photographs to be emailed to document the damage.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! For all qualifying orders, we proudly provide FREE shipping *restrictions apply. To qualify for free shipping, orders must be shipped within the 48 continental States and must exceed $250. If package is over 48" in length that will be a handling charge of $11.00 which is charge to us by the shipping companies.

Do you live in Arizona or New Mexico? Do you want you order tomorrow? If your order is placed by 2:00pm Arizona Time exceeds $100 dollars we will ship overnight for free with no handle charge will be added to your order because we are able to use third party shipping companies. 

Do you live in Metro Phoenix or Tucson? Make sure you take advantage of our Free Local Delivery on all orders over $100 dollars with no restrictions. Please place your order before 9:30 am Arizona Time and select local delivery for same day delivery and any order placed after 9:30 am will go out next business day.

*40 lb limit is based on dimensional weight due to carrier restrictions on ground shipping. Shipments over the 40 lb dimensional weight limitation will be subject to normal freight charges.
