Shipping & Returns

Your order leaves our Phoenix warehouse one of two ways: on a Kirin van, or with a courier. Which one it takes decides what you pay, so start by finding your area below.

Kirin van routes

These are our own trucks on our own schedule. Meet the minimum for your route and delivery is free.

Route When it runs Order minimum
Phoenix metro Same day when your order is in by 9:30 AM. After 9:30, next day. $150
Tucson, Casa Grande, Maricopa Every Wednesday $200
Yuma Every other Thursday. Call for the next date. $200
Northern ArizonaPrescott, Prescott Valley, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Sedona, Williams, Flagstaff, and surrounding towns We run a van up when the order is large enough $2,000
Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado By arrangement on large jobs — call us Call

No size charges on van deliveries. Because we are loading our own truck instead of handing your material to a courier, there is no box fee and no oversized charge on these routes, whatever the panel size. Full sheets ride free.

Courier and UPS

Anything that is not on a van route goes out with a courier or UPS. That includes Northern Arizona orders under $2,000, and all regular Nevada, New Mexico, and Colorado orders.

Destination Service Order minimum
Arizona, off the van routes Overnight $200
Nevada Overnight $300
New Mexico Overnight $300
Colorado Overnight $300
Everywhere else in the US UPS Rated at checkout

Oversized items on courier shipments

Anything measuring more than 48" x 48" has to be crated or boxed by hand before a courier will take it. Two charges apply to a courier shipment containing oversized material:

  • Box fee — $12 per shipment
  • Oversized handling — $40 per shipment

These apply whether or not the order meets the minimum. If your area is on a van route, they do not apply at all.

UPS rates

UPS is priced by item and by box size, so your cost depends on what is in the cart and where it is going. You will see the amount at checkout before you place the order. Some items ship free — when an item qualifies, it says so on that item's product page.

If your order is under the minimum

We will still deliver it. A $40 fee applies to that shipment.

Minimums are figured per shipment, not per day or per account. Two $100 orders sent separately are two shipments under the Phoenix minimum, so each one picks up the $40 fee. Combined into a single $200 shipment, neither does.

Three ways to keep your delivery cost down

  • Combine orders so one shipment clears your minimum.
  • If you are on a van route, time your order to the route day and skip the size charges entirely.
  • Check product pages for free shipping before you add substitutes to the cart.

Not sure which applies to you? Call before you check out and we will tell you what your order will cost to deliver.

Returns

We do not accept returns. The one exception is material with a manufacturer defect.

Sign media is bought to a job. Once a roll leaves our warehouse we cannot verify how it was handled or stored, and we cannot resell it. Please check your order carefully before you buy, and call us at (602) 272-8655 if you are unsure which product fits the application. We would rather spend ten minutes on the phone than have you sitting on material you cannot use.

Manufacturer defects

If material fails because of a defect in how it was made — coating flaws, adhesive failure, liner separation, inconsistent caliper — we will take it up with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Stop using the roll as soon as you see the problem, and keep the packaging, the liner, and the product label. The roll and lot numbers on that label are what the manufacturer needs to trace the batch, and without them a claim usually goes nowhere.

Then contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your invoice or order number
  • The roll and lot numbers from the product label
  • Photos of the defect, and of the label
  • A short description of the equipment, settings, and substrate involved

A partially used roll is still eligible. Most defects only show up once the material is on the machine, and we do not expect you to have caught it before you started.

If the claim is approved, the manufacturer decides the remedy — either a replacement roll or a credit. That call is theirs, not ours, and so is the turnaround. We will stay on it and keep you posted.

A manufacturer warranty covers the material and nothing else. No manufacturer we carry covers labor, ink, laminate, substrate, machine time, shipping, or the cost of redoing a job. The most they will do is replace or credit the SKU they made.

That is worth planning around. On a large job, an unfamiliar substrate, or a product you have not run before, print and apply a test piece before you commit labor to it. A failure caught on a test piece costs you a few feet of material. The same failure caught on a finished vehicle wrap costs you the wrap.

What we cannot take back

  • Material ordered in the wrong color, size, or finish
  • Anything cut to size or otherwise made to your specification
  • Special orders and non-stock items
  • Material damaged by storage, handling, or application after delivery
  • Material that did not perform because it was used outside the manufacturer's stated specifications

Damaged in transit, or wrong item shipped

Neither of these is a return, and the policy above does not apply.

Damaged in transit. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then call us the same day. Once a clean receipt is signed, a freight claim gets very hard to win — so take the extra minute at the truck.

Wrong item shipped. Call us. If we picked it wrong, we will correct it at our cost.
