When do I receive my order?

After processing your order, it will be shipped within 24 hours. Shipping times may vary depending on your selection and available transportation options. If you select a special-order item, please allow extra processing time by the manufacturer. If the product is out of stock, customer service will contact you with the option to backorder or receive a full refund if you choose not to wait. Special Orders cannot be cancelled. Restocking fee will be charged on special order items. 

*For local customers in Phoenix, AZ, orders received before 9:30am (Arizona Time) will be processed and delivered the same day for in-stock items. If the order is placed after 9:30am (Arizona Time), it will be shipped the next business day.

*If your order is being delivered to Tucson, Yuma, Prescott, Flagstaff, Kingman, Show Low, Payson, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Las Cruces, or El Paso, you will receive your order the next business day if the order is placed before 2:00pm (Arizona Time). Oversized items, such as 4' x 8' and 4' x 10' sheets, will be subject to an oversize fee charged by the courier.

*If your order is being shipped out of Arizona, oversized items will be charged an extra shipping fee by the shipping companies. Customer service will contact you with a shipping quote. Items over 36" x 36" will need to be transported by LTL freight, and an additional charge will apply.

*Kirin Global Supplies is not responsible for shipping damages unless the shipments are signed for as "DAMAGED" with the various shipping companies used. Please inspect all shipments upon receipt.

*Please note that custom cuts may take anywhere from 48 to 72 hours to process. If it takes longer, our customer service team will contact you with an estimated time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you would like a freight quote, we would be happy to provide you with an estimated cost. Please contact our customer service team for more information. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for qualifying orders, although restrictions do apply. To be eligible for free shipping, orders must be shipped within the 48 continental States and exceed $1000. However, if the package exceeds 48" in length, a handling charge of $25.00, which is charged to us by the shipping companies, will apply.

If you live in Arizona or New Mexico (outside of Phoenix Metro) and place an order by 2:00 pm Arizona Time, we offer free overnight shipping on non-oversized items that exceed $125. Oversized items, such as 4' x 8' and 4' x 10' sheets, will be subject to an oversize fee charged by the courier.

For customers living in Metro Phoenix or Tucson, we offer Free Local Delivery on all orders over $100 with no restrictions. To receive same-day delivery, please place your order before 9:30 am Arizona Time, and select local delivery. Any orders placed after 9:30 am will go out the next business day.

Please note that the 40 lb limit is based on dimensional weight due to carrier restrictions on ground shipping. Shipments over the 40 lb dimensional weight limitation will be subject to normal freight charges.

Customers who reside outside of the continental United States will be subject to additional freight charges. Please note that the shipping costs for these areas can vary significantly based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination location. We recommend that you contact our customer service team for a quote on shipping costs before placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I return my item?

Please note that returns are not accepted unless they have been approved by us. If you would like to request a return, please call us at 602-272-8655. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the process and provide you with any necessary information. Thank you for your cooperation.

In the rare event that you find a manufacturing defect on one of our products, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with the manufacturer's claim form and assist you in filing a claim. Our team will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
