Product Description
Metamark MetaGuard FloorArt Matte Textured Floor Overlaminate — 54" × 50 Yards
MetaGuard FloorArt is a matte textured overlaminate developed to protect printed floor graphics used for short-term indoor décor, advertising, promotional branding, directional signage, and point-of-sale applications.
The 100-micron embossed face film provides durable protection with an easy-to-clean textured finish. Its anti-slip surface has been tested in accordance with DIN 51130:2014 and achieved an R9 slip rating.
MetaGuard FloorArt can also be applied over compatible wall graphics, allowing shops to use one protective overlaminate for both floor and wall applications.
The film features a permanent clear solvent-based acrylic adhesive and is suitable for graphics printed with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV inks. Metamark recommends pairing FloorArt with Metamark MDPH or MDPHB printable media.

Printing and Lamination Recommendations
Allow printed graphics to dry and cure completely before laminating. Insufficient drying or retained solvents can affect adhesive performance, appearance, and long-term durability.
Ensure the printed surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, silicone, and other contaminants. Apply the overlaminate using even pressure and controlled tension to avoid wrinkles, silvering, distortion, or trapped air.
Installation and Maintenance
Install the completed graphic only on clean, dry, smooth indoor floors in good condition. Remove wax, polish, grease, cleaning residue, and other contaminants before installation.
Inspect installed floor graphics regularly. Remove or replace graphics that show lifting edges, damage, excessive wear, contamination, or reduced slip resistance.
Slip performance may be affected by printing, wear, moisture, surface contamination, installation quality, and cleaning procedures. The installer and facility operator are responsible for assessing the completed installation for the intended environment.
Important: Laminated, processed, and custom-cut materials are not returnable. Product performance depends on proper printing, curing, lamination, installation, maintenance, traffic conditions, and environmental exposure.
