Printing and Installation Recommendations
Always perform a test print and verify the correct printer profile, ink limits, and heater settings before production. Allow printed material to dry thoroughly before laminating or installing. Metamark recommends allowing at least 24 to 48 hours for solvents to outgas. Certain printing conditions may require additional drying time.
Overlamination is recommended to improve abrasion resistance, extend color performance, and make the printed film easier to handle. The recommended matched overlaminate is the Metamark MetaGuard MG-700 Series.
The installer is responsible for testing the intended substrate and determining product suitability. The material is not recommended for low-surface-energy substrates such as polypropylene.
Important: Custom-cut and printed materials are not returnable. Product performance depends on proper printing, drying, storage, substrate preparation, and installation.
