Metamark MD-RA White Matte Removable Air-Release Vinyl — 54" × 55 Yards
Metamark MD-RA is a white matte promotional-grade printable vinyl designed for temporary advertising, retail displays, exhibitions, window graphics, decorative applications, and short-term vehicle graphics.
The film features Metamark’s MetaScape® removable adhesive system. Structured air-release channels provide trapped air with an exit route from beneath the graphic, helping installers achieve faster, smoother, and more trouble-free applications with fewer bubbles.
Its 100-micron monomeric calendered construction provides added rigidity for easier handling during printing and installation. The removable solvent-based adhesive is designed for clean removal for up to six months under suitable application and environmental conditions.
Metamark MD-RA is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV printing technologies and is intended for dry application only.

Printing and Installation Recommendations
Always perform a test print and confirm the correct printer profile, ink limits, and heater settings before beginning production. Allow the material to reach room temperature and keep the printing surface clean, dry, and free from dust and static.
For solvent and eco-solvent printing, allow a minimum of 24 to 48 hours for the printed film to outgas before laminating or installing. Heavy ink coverage and certain environmental conditions may require additional drying time. Retained solvents can reduce adhesive performance.
Overlamination is recommended to improve abrasion resistance, extend printed color performance, and make the finished graphic easier to handle. The recommended matched overlaminate is the Metamark MetaGuard MG-300 Series.
Metamark MD-RA is designed for dry application only. The installer should test the intended substrate, installation conditions, and removal requirements before beginning production.
Clean removability depends on the substrate, surface condition, exposure, environmental conditions, and length of installation. The material is not recommended for low-surface-energy substrates such as polypropylene.
Important: Printed, processed, and custom-cut materials are not returnable. Product performance depends on proper printing, drying, storage, surface preparation, installation, exposure, and removal procedures.
