Metamark MD-CRR Optically Clear Removable Window Film — 54" × 32.81 Yards
Metamark MD-CRR is an optically clear, printable PET window film designed for promotional branding, retail displays, temporary window graphics, office glass décor, and short-term advertising applications.
The film features an ultra-removable clear silicone adhesive that provides clean, easy removal from suitable glass surfaces. Its optically clear construction allows visibility through unprinted areas, making it ideal for detailed graphics, transparent designs, and full-window installations.
Unlike conventional PVC vinyl, Metamark MD-CRR is manufactured from clear PET and contains no plasticizers, phthalates, or chlorine. The 155-micron construction provides added stability and handling during printing and installation.
Metamark MD-CRR is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV printing technologies. It is suitable for wet application to properly cleaned glass surfaces.

Printing Recommendations
Always perform a test print and confirm the correct printer profile, ink limits, and heater settings before production. Allow the material to reach room temperature and maintain approximately 50% relative humidity before printing.
For improved color density, Metamark recommends using a double-print or two-pass overprint setting where appropriate. Allow printed material to cure for approximately 24 to 48 hours before cutting or installation. Retained solvents may soften the film, reduce adhesive performance, or cause edge curl.
For print-and-cut applications, leave a small unprinted border around the graphic. Cutting directly against heavy ink coverage may increase the risk of edge curl.
Installation Recommendations
Metamark MD-CRR is suitable for wet application. Glass must be thoroughly cleaned and free from dust, oil, silicone residue, coatings, and other contaminants before installation.
The material is not recommended for self-cleaning glass. The installer should test the intended glass surface and removal requirements before production.
Important: Printed, processed, and custom-cut materials are not returnable. Product performance and clean removability depend on the glass type, surface condition, printing process, curing time, installation method, exposure, and length of application.
