Copper Crest AV500G-AE is a 3 mil polymeric gloss white print vinyl built on an air egress liner — engineered for fast, bubble-free installs on flat and lightly curved surfaces, with 5–7 year outdoor durability and a permanent adhesive that stays removable when the job is done.

Overview
AV500G-AE is the workhorse of the Copper Crest digital media line. The 75 micron polymeric soft-PVC face carries sharp, saturated color across eco-solvent, solvent, UV-curable and latex platforms, while the microstructured PE-coated liner channels air out from under the film during application. The result is a panel that lays down flat the first time — no wet-outs, no chasing bubbles across a door skin.
The P31G permanent adhesive is a solvent-free waterborne acrylic with an opaque grey pigment, so it blocks whatever is underneath: dark substrates, existing graphics, competitor decals. It weeds cleanly for print-and-cut work and, despite being a permanent grade, offers long-term removability from sound painted surfaces when the campaign ends.

Key Features
- Air egress liner. Double-sided PE-coated, microstructured siliconised kraft releases trapped air for a bubble-free install and holds the film exceptionally flat through the printer.
- Opaque grey adhesive. Hides dark and previously decorated surfaces without a white base layer or double-up.
- Outstanding weeding. Formulated for print-and-cut production — fine detail and small counters lift cleanly.
- Long-term removability. Permanent hold in service, but designed to come off sound painted surfaces for indoor and outdoor signage.
- Dimensionally stable. No cross-direction shrinkage and 0.4 mm max in machine direction (FINAT 14), so registration holds on multi-panel jobs.

Each roll ships individually boxed and labeled. Store rolls horizontally on the core, or standing on end in the original carton, in a clean dry area away from direct sunlight.
Recommended Overlaminate
For fleet, floor and high-abrasion applications, pair AV500G-AE with a matching 2–3 mil polymeric overlaminate in gloss, matte or luster.
