Product Description
ORAJET® 3651 Intermediate Calendered PVC Digital Media – 2.75 Mil Polymeric Print Film in Gloss White & Matte White – Widths from 15" to 60"
2.75-Mil Polymeric PVC | UL 969 & CSA Certified | ORALIFE™ Component System Warranty | Splice-Free Guarantee | Seven Widths
ORAJET® 3651 is the film most shops run more of than anything else on the shelf. A thin 2.75-mil polymeric PVC construction with a dependable solvent-based permanent adhesive, built for flat, short- to medium-term work across a wider range of jobs than any specialty film covers: outdoor signage, window graphics, wall murals, floor graphics, stickers and decals, and UL industrial labels.
It is UL certified for UL 969 "Marking and Labeling Systems" in the USA and CSA C22.2 No. 0.15 "Adhesive Labels" in Canada, included in the ORAFOL® (OCS) ORALIFE™ Component System Warranty, and prints on effectively everything — latex, solvent, eco-solvent, UV curable, UV-Gel, and screen printing.
KG Supplies stocks 3651 in Gloss White and Matte White, in widths from 15" up to 60".
ORAFOL specifies 3651 for flat applications, and states plainly that it is not designed for vehicle or trailer wrapping. Spot decals and flat door graphics are within spec when paired with ORAGUARD® 215. Full or partial wraps, compound curves, deep recesses, and rivets are not — that work needs a cast film. If a customer is asking for a wrap, call us and we'll point you at the right material.

Printing & Application Notes
Ink Drying
Use ORAFOL ICC profiles from orafolamericas.com. Allow solvent-based inks to dry a minimum of 24 hours — 48 to 72 hours preferred — at 70°F before cutting the graphic or applying a laminate.
Surface Preparation
Clean the substrate thoroughly of dust, grease, and contamination. Freshly lacquered or painted surfaces must be fully cured, and lacquer and paint compatibility should be tested before application. Batch traceability by roll number is available under ISO 9001.
