Product Description
Arlon PCC 448 Satin Black Pearl
A satin black with a pearl effect. Satin sits between gloss and matte (10 to 60 gloss units). Pearl effects can read differently by direction, so keep every panel in the same roll direction.
Satin Black Pearl is one of ten colors Arlon added to Premium Color Change (PCC) in 2026. PCC is a 3 to 3.3 mil premium cast wrap film built on Arlon's FLITE Technology®, a light-contact adhesive that lets the film float over the panel until you apply firm pressure. That means you can position, snap up and reposition without fighting the film, and most wraps become a one-installer job.
Why installers pick PCC
- FLITE Technology® for low initial tack, easy repositioning and clean removal.
- Lay-flat polycoated liner with invisible air channels for bubble-free, paint-like results.
- Soft, conformable cast film that Arlon guarantees to stay down in deep channels, curves and recesses.
- Outdoor durability rated up to 10 years.

Install notes
- Metallic and pearl films can look different by direction. Apply every panel in the same direction it came off the roll.
- Post-heat stretched areas and recesses to 203°F to 221°F so the film holds its shape.
- Use heat and/or chemical removers when it's time to take the wrap off.
Durability in the Southwest
Arlon's up-to-10-year rating assumes normal exposure. Film lasts longest on vertical surfaces. Hoods, roofs and trunk lids take the most sun, and in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico those horizontal panels will age faster. Garaging or covering the vehicle helps any wrap last longer.
