Arlon DPF 6000XRP is an intermediate calendered printable vinyl designed for challenging substrates that require aggressive adhesion and long-lasting performance. Featuring Arlon’s XRP™ (Extreme Repositionable Pressure-sensitive) adhesive technology, this film delivers high initial tack with controlled repositionability, making it ideal for difficult, low-energy, or slightly textured surfaces.
This 3.2 mil white calendered PVC film provides excellent print quality across solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV ink systems, ensuring sharp graphics, consistent color saturation, and professional results. The XRP™ adhesive allows installers to reposition graphics during application while maintaining the strength needed for long-term promotional and signage applications.
DPF 6000XRP is well suited for outdoor signage, decals, wall graphics, and demanding flat or lightly contoured surfaces where standard removable or low-tack adhesives may fail. When paired with compatible Arlon overlaminates, this film offers enhanced durability, abrasion resistance, and extended service life.
