Your Shipping Options Explained

 

When do I receive my order?

After processing your order, it will be shipped within 24 hours. Shipping times may vary depending on your selection and available transportation options. If you select a special-order item, please allow extra processing time by the manufacturer. If the product is out of stock, customer service will contact you with the option to backorder or receive a full refund if you choose not to wait. Special Orders cannot be cancelled. Restocking fee will be charged on special order items. 

*For local customers in Phoenix, AZ, orders received before 9:30am (Arizona Time) will be processed and delivered the same day for in-stock items. If the order is placed after 9:30am (Arizona Time), it will be shipped the next business day.

*If your order is being delivered to Tucson, Yuma, Prescott, Flagstaff, Kingman, Show Low, Payson, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Las Cruces, or El Paso, you will receive your order the next business day if the order is placed before 2:00pm (Arizona Time). Oversized items, such as 4' x 8' and 4' x 10' sheets, will be subject to an oversize fee charged by the courier.

Save on Shipping with Warehouse Pick-Up

Reduce your shipping costs by using our Online Order Pickup service. If you are near our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona, you can pick up your order directly from us. We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within a few hours.

UPS: Choose Your Shipping Options

Place your order by 1 PM for same-day shipping via UPS Ground, our primary shipping method. Most deliveries within the continental US arrive in 1-2 business days. You can also select Next Business Day Air, 2-Day, or 3-Day shipping options to meet your specific needs and budget.

  • Max Weight: 120 lbs (54 kg)
  • Max Length (long pieces): Less than 96"
  • Max Size (flat pieces): 36" x 48"

For larger or heavier shipments, consider our LTL freight options.

Use Your Own UPS or FedEx Account & Save

You can use your own UPS or FedEx account for shipping:

  1. Choose your preferred shipping method (Ground, Next Day Air, etc.).
  2. At checkout (Step 3), enter your UPS number and any instructions in the special handling and notes box.
  3. Complete your checkout.

Important Notes:

  • You will receive a receipt with the shipping cost before applying your account. Billing occurs once the material ships.
  • Savings depend on your UPS contract, and rates may not always be lower than Kirin Global Supplies rates.
  • UPS assesses a surcharge on packages 96″ or longer, which may increase your shipping costs compared to Kirin Global Supplies rates.

LTL Freight Shipping

For larger orders, our freight rates are very competitive. If your material exceeds UPS limits in size or weight, freight shipping is a cost-effective alternative.

Important Notes:

  • Freight orders must be delivered to a business address.
  • For orders between 240-288” to major urban areas, please contact us to confirm delivery capability.

Note: Kirin Global Supplies is not responsible for shipping damages unless noted as "DAMAGED" upon receipt. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

Custom Cuts

Custom cuts may take 48 to 72 hours to process. If additional time is needed, our customer service team will provide an estimated timeline.

Shipping to Canada and Other Countries

International orders are welcome. Simply select your international shipping address at checkout. For specific needs, contact us to negotiate UPS freight rates tailored to your requirements.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We offer FREE shipping for qualifying orders, although restrictions do apply. To be eligible for free shipping, orders must be shipped within the 48 continental States and exceed $1000. However, if the package exceeds 48" in length, a handling charge of $25.00, which is charged to us by the shipping companies, will apply.

If you live in Arizona or New Mexico (outside of Phoenix Metro) and place an order by 2:00 pm Arizona Time, we offer free overnight shipping on non-oversized items that exceed $125. Oversized items, such as 4' x 8' and 4' x 10' sheets, will be subject to an oversize fee charged by the courier.

For customers living in Metro Phoenix, we offer Free Local Delivery on all orders over $100 with no restrictions. To receive same-day delivery, please place your order before 9:30 am Arizona Time, and select local delivery. Any orders placed after 9:30 am will go out the next business day.

Please note that the 40 lb limit is based on dimensional weight due to carrier restrictions on ground shipping. Shipments over the 40 lb dimensional weight limitation will be subject to normal freight charges.

Kirin Global Supplies now offers overnight shipping to select zip codes. Orders over $200 qualify for free overnight shipping, excluding 48" x 96" panels, which can be shipped at an additional cost. This service is available to wide format sign and graphic printers, as well as car wrap shops in cities including El Paso, Albuquerque, Las Cruces, and surrounding areas. For a full list of eligible zip codes and more details, please visit our shipping information page. We strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently, ensuring you have the supplies you need without delay.

Can I return my item?

Please note that returns are not accepted unless they have been approved by us. If you would like to request a return, please call us at 602-272-8655. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the process and provide you with any necessary information. Thank you for your cooperation.

In the rare event that you find a manufacturing defect on one of our products, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with the manufacturer's claim form and assist you in filing a claim.
