HotMelt™
HotMelt™ is a plotter-cut adhesive used to bond decorative elements to garments. It comes on a transparent self-adhesive carrier, which makes weeding detailed designs much easier. Please note: if you are looking for PoliMelt, it has been discontinued. Please use HotMelt™ instead.
This adhesive is compatible with these exciting product lines:
Application Instructions
- Blade – 45° with low pressure
- Cut – Mirror image
- Temp – 300° F
- Pressure – Medium, even
- Time – 5 seconds
- Peel – Warm, almost hot
- Pressure – For Foils- Place foil over the Hotmelt, cover with Teflon Sheet and press for 10 seconds. Let cool, peel.
- Care – Wash inside out, cold water, line dry. No dry-cleaning
- Applies to: Cotton, Uncoated Polyester, Cotton/Polyester Blends, and Polyester/Acrylic Excluding Nylon
