Please note that we do not print any catalogs. However, our website provides a complete list of the products we carry. If you cannot find a specific item in the printing and graphics industry, our team specializes in finding it for you. I can’t find an item on your site. What do I do?

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you would like a freight quote, we would be happy to provide you with an estimated cost. Please contact our customer service team for more information. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you accept purchase orders?

In the rare event that you find a manufacturing defect on one of our products, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with the manufacturer's claim form and assist you in filing a claim. I received an item, and it was damaged during shipping. What do I do?

Kirin Global Supplies is not responsible for shipping damages unless the shipments are signed for as "DAMAGED" with the various shipping companies used. Please inspect all shipments upon receipt.

Do you guys print graphics and sell to the general public?

No, we do not print graphics nor sell to the general public. However, since we sell in the sign and graphics space, we have a network of clients who specialize in printing graphics.
