What are your hours?

Orders are excepted 24/7 online. Orders will be processed on the next business day. Customer Service is available 8:00am – 4:00pm PST Monday thru Friday (Closed Major Holidays) You can email us by either clicking on the "contact us" tab or email direct to: customerservice@kgsupplies.com. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

When do I receive my order?

Do you have a catalog?

Please note that we do not print any catalogs. However, our website provides a complete list of the products we carry. If you cannot find a specific item in the printing and graphics industry, our team specializes in finding it for you. Please contact us and ask for the sales manager, who will be happy to assist you in your search. Thank you for your understanding.

I can’t find an item on your site. What do I do?

Please email us with the product you are requesting: Customerservice@kgsupplies.com or give us a call at 602-272-8655. We will assist you to the best of our ability in locating the product that suits your needs. We also specialize in finding hard to find sign and graphic items. Please contact us if you need help with any items. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you would like a freight quote, we would be happy to provide you with an estimated cost. Please contact our customer service team for more information. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Must be pre-approved. (Schools, State, Government agencies and Military are the most common accepted). Contact us here and we will call you to discuss further details.

I would like to cancel/change my order. How does this work?

Please contect us before your item ships. 

I received the item, and it is defective. What do I do?

In the rare event that you find a manufacturing defect on one of our products, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with the manufacturer's claim form and assist you in filing a claim. Our team will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.

I received an item, and it was damaged during shipping. What do I do?

Kirin Global Supplies is not responsible for shipping damages unless the shipments are signed for as "DAMAGED" with the various shipping companies used. Please inspect all shipments upon receipt.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Do you guys print graphics and sell to the general public?

No, we do not print graphics nor sell to the general public. However, since we sell in the sign and graphics space, we have a network of clients who specialize in printing graphics. If you need assistance with finding a vendor who can provide the products or services you require, please give us a call. We will gladly refer you to one of our clients who can assist you with your specific needs. Thank you for your understanding.

What is MacTac PermaGard SAG 38 and what are its primary uses?

The MacTac PermaGard SAG 38 is a 1.5 mil high gloss, optically clear anti-graffiti laminate designed for protecting graphic images. Can the SAG 38 film be applied to curved surfaces?

The SAG 38 is not recommended for application on riveted, embossed, or curved surfaces. It's designed primarily for smooth, flat surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion and performance.

 

How durable is the MacTac PermaGard SAG 38 laminate?

The MacTac PermaGard SAG 38 laminate offers up to 2 years of durability outdoors and up to 5 years indoors. This longevity helps protect your graphics from external elements over an extended period.

 

Is the laminate easy to clean if it gets graffitied?

Yes, one of the key benefits of the SAG 38 laminate is its graffiti-resistant feature. If tagged, graffiti can be easily cleaned off using most commercially available graffiti-removing cleaners that do not contain grit, without damaging the graphic beneath.

Can I apply this film myself or do I need a professional?
