Product Description
ThermoFlex® Turbo is a universal product, adhering to multiple fabrics, including cotton, polyester, cotton/polyester blends, and nylon.
This product is durable, weeds easily, and has a soft hand and strong grip. It discourages dye-migration since it has a low heat and has a quick press time –
This also eliminates press marks! It has a pressure-sensitive carrier, which enables easy weeding and repositioning.
Applies to: Cotton, Uncoated Polyester, Fabric Blends, Spandex, Lycra, Wool, Linen, and Nylon (see different pressing instructions below).
Application Instructions for Cotton, Polyester, and Cotton/Polyester Blends
- Blade – 45°
- Cut – Mirror image
- Temp – 270° F
- Pressure – Medium, even
- Time – 5 seconds
- Peel – Warm
- Care – Wash temp should not exceed 140° F. Mild detergent. No bleach. Dry at normal dryer settings. Do not iron onto.
Application Instructions for Nylon
- Blade – 45°
- Cut – Mirror image
- Temp – 300° F
- Pressure – Low, even
- Time – Prepress garment for 5 seconds, then add material and press 5 seconds
- Peel – Warm, cover with silicone sheet and repress for 10 seconds
- Care – Wash temp should not exceed 140° F. Mild detergent. No bleach. Dry at normal dryer settings. Do not iron onto.
