ThermoFlex® Plus is available in a huge range of colors- over 120! Plus comes in 90 colors with a matte finish, 9 metallic, 7 neon, 18 metal flake, and 4 glossy to create whatever your heart desires!
Application Instructions
- Blade – 45°
- Cut – Mirror image
- Temp – 320°-330° F
- Pressure – Medium, even
- Time – 15 seconds
- Peel – Warm (except Neons and Columbia Blue- peel cold), cover with Teflon and repress for 2 seconds.
- Care – Wash warm water. Tumble dry normal. Dry-cleaning okay.
Most colors of ThermoFlex® Plus may be applied in layers with the exception of:
- Columbia Blue
- Metallics
- Metal Flakes
- Neons
These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors. Look through our photo gallery above to see examples of layered designs.
Be advised that dye-migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics.
