Description
EconomyFlex™ is a thicker film designed for application on polyester mesh and polyester jersey athletic uniforms. It is manufactured without a sticky carrier for easy stacking.
This material cannot be layered. Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics. This is a PVC product, which emits hazardous fumes when cut with a laser machine.
Get three looks from one product! For a full matte finish, do NOT repress. If you’d like a satin finish, repress with a siliconized sheet for 5 seconds. For a glossy finish, repress for 5 seconds with a Teflon Sheet.
Application Instructions
- Blade – 45°
- Cut – Mirror image
- Temp – 330° F
- Pressure – Medium, even
- Time – 10-15 seconds
- Peel – Warm or cold
- Care – Wash cold water, line dry
- Layerable? – No
